Momentus Hotels & Resorts evolves to cater to changing demands
Momentus Serviced Residences Novena, which is the latest business operated by the subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Group, Momentus Hotels & Resorts, is located in the heart of the medical hub in Novena. In the past, the building is known as 12 On Shan, which was purchased through a joint venture led by Roxy-Pacific, with partners Macly Capital and LWH Holdings, for $86.5 million from Singapore-listed company TA Corp in March last year.
Momentus Serviced Residences started operation in Novena last month which comprise a diverse of 99 studio apartments occupying 398 sq ft, and one- and two-bedroom units which take up between 366 and 861 sq ft. It is also situated prominently close to medical centres and retail therapy centre, and can commute to most part of Singapore via Novena MRT station.
This is Momentus Hotels & Resorts brand second property and its first serviced apartment. the brand initiate its first hotel In March, Momentus Hotel Alexandra, situated in Alexandra Central Mall at 323 Alexandra Road in Bukit Merah. The 442-key hotel was previously running as Park Hotel Alexandra by Park Hotel Group, which is owned by CEL-Alexandra, a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Group. the hotel ceased business operation last year by the group for rebranding and major overhaul works.

For the newly-launched Novena serviced apartment, the brand hopes that it can meet the demands of travellers and obtain a minimum 70% occupancy rate before the end of the year.
